MERRY MINISTRIES TO STUDY REVELATION THIS FALL

We began our study through the Bible seven years ago with Genesis. We met at the Presbyterian church for the first four years of our “through the Bible” study. Three years ago, we moved across the street to Sugar Land First United Methodist where we will continue to be.  This fall, we will complete the Bible by teaching REVELATION.  The four short letters of 1, 2, 3 John and Jude will precede Revelation and actually help the class understand Revelation a little better.

REVELATION is a book that interests many people who want to know more about what God says in this last book of the Bible.  How will it all end? When will it end? How does this apply to my life today?  I do not claim to have all the answers, but I will share my thoughts and possible interpretations as we go verse-by-verse through the book.

Last year, we expanded our weekly interdenominational women’s bible study to both morning and evening gatherings. There is a great demand for women of all ages to have an opportunity to gather together to worship God and study his Word. Our additional evening service gave women who could not come on Wednesday mornings the opportunity to fellowship with one another and study the Bible on Tuesday evenings.

Throughout this expansion, the mission of Merry Ministries remains the same. To provide a place for women to grow in Biblical knowledge, learn how the Bible applies to us today, and to start or strengthen a relationship with God that will change our lives forever.

Please invite your friends to join us!
