Merry Ministries Fall Semester Starts Soon!

Our Merry Ministries semester will begin September 6 & 7 as we travel through the Bible beginning with Exodus. We would love for you to join us!  (We did Genesis last semester.)  Exodus is one of the most exciting and interesting books in the Bible.  Here are some of the most fascinating accounts from this book:  Moses in the Bulrushes, The Burning Bush, The Ten Plagues of Egypt, The First Passover, The Crossing of the Red Sea, The Ten Commandments, The Golden Calf, and The Tabernacle of God.   Exodus literally means “the way out.”  The Israelite people were living as slaves in Egypt when God showed them the way out of bondage and the road to freedom.  You will see how this book still applies to our lives in the 21st century.  After Exodus, we will continue through the Bible.

The goal of Merry Ministries is to provide a place for women to grow in Biblical knowledge, learn how the Bible applies to us today, and to start or strengthen a relationship with God that can change our lives forever.

If you would like to continue with Merry Ministries, please reply back and let me know.  Also, if you are in a small group, let me know if you want to remain in the same group or change to another. {Our group leaders are Cindy Duffy, Debbie Roberts, Martha Lusk, Elise Moss, Kathy Gilmore, Scotty Bass, Terry Harris, Shelly Shivers, Linda McLellan, and Carolyn Shadwick. }  If you have never joined a small group, consider doing so this year.

If you have a prayer request or would like to receive the prayer requests and pray for our group, email Bebe at  .)

Stay cool,

~ Mary Willis
