I have the privilege of teaching God’s Word to an amazing group of women each week at Merry Ministries, as well as to online viewers from across the globe.
The Bible is our textbook and we cover it from Genesis to Revelation. After being involved in church for years, I saw the need for better Biblical literacy—the ability for us to read and understand the Bible in both its historical context and its application for today. Our team shares this passion as we study the Bible and show God’s love to others.
On a personal note, I‘m married to my college sweetheart, Ken Willis, and we have three grown children and five grandchildren all residing in the Houston area. I enjoy spending time with family, traveling, eating Tex Mex and cheering on our local sports teams.
Fun Facts About Merry Ministries
Our group of over 200 women that come together each week in Sugar Land, Texas, includes Methodists, Baptists, Catholics, Presbyterians, Lutherans, Episcopalians, Church of Christ, non-denomintionalists, and those who are not affiliated with any church. We truly are interdenominational!
We’re not just local, but have a following of women and men in over 50 countries around the world. They faithfully listen to our lessons each week to learn more about God’s Word.
We’re on a Bible app! The Word of Promise app not only includes our Merry Ministry lessons but also has a multi-voiced, scripted dramatization of the New King James Version. It’ll make the Bible come to life!
We love God’s Word and try to make it as easy as possible for you to enjoy too.
